Card payments are processed securely by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments — HIGH ROLEPLAY never sees or stores your card details or wallet keys.
Crypto payments are final and cannot be reversed. Send the exact amount shown on the invoice, in the network shown, before the quote expires — coins sent on the wrong network or after expiry can be lost and we cannot recover them.
Coins and donation perks are virtual items for use inside the HIGH ROLEPLAY server. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between accounts.
Donations support the running costs of the server (hosting, development, and staff tooling). A donation is a voluntary contribution, not the purchase of a service, and does not entitle you to any advantage that affects fair play or to immunity from the server rules.
All sales are final: because items are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If a purchase is not delivered, contact us on Discord and we will fix it.
Purchases are delivered manually to the in-game account you were signed in with, usually within a few hours. You must be 18+, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to purchase.
